Refund and Cancellation

At Balj Services, we strive to provide the highest quality IT services, including website design and development, digital marketing, SEO, and SMO. However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where you might need to cancel a service or request a refund. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent and fair for both parties.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Project Start: If you decide to cancel a project before any work has started, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

  • After Project Start: Once the project has commenced, cancellation requests may be accepted, but the refund will be proportional to the work already completed.

  • Digital Marketing & SEO Services: For monthly or ongoing services, cancellation requests must be submitted 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the services already provided.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed if the cancellation meets the above conditions.

  • Refunds will be credited back through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Any custom work, delivered files, or reports shared with the client cannot be refunded once provided.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain registration, hosting fees, or third-party service charges are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the service provider.

  • Partial work done for projects that are already in progress may also be non-refundable if significant resources have already been invested.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Email us at support@baljservices.com with your project details, invoice, and reason for cancellation.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Terms of Agreement

  • By hiring Balj Services, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

  • We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, but any changes will not affect projects that are already underway.
